2. Cancellations will not be accepted once the sample collection has been completed.

Refund Policy

1. If a customer cancels a booking made via online payment, they may request a refund to be processed either to their [Your Company Name] wallet or to the original payment method used during the transaction.

2. A full or partial refund will be applicable if the designated laboratory fails to deliver the report within the Turnaround Time (TAT) specified at the time of booking.

4. Refunds will typically be processed within 5 to 7 business days and credited back to the customer’s account.

7. Refund requests made after 15 days from the date of sample collection will not be entertained.
