✅ 1. Before the Test:

• Inform your doctor or technician if you have:

  • A pacemaker, defibrillator, or any other implanted electronic device.

  • A bleeding disorder or are taking blood thinners (like aspirin, warfarin, etc.).

  • Any infection, diabetes, or neuromuscular condition.

• Do not apply lotions, oils, or creams to your arms or legs on the day of the test.

  These can interfere with electrode or needle placement.

• Wear loose, comfortable clothing so that the limb being tested is easily accessible.

  You may be asked to change into a gown if needed.

• Eat normally before the test unless instructed otherwise.

  Do not come fasting unless specifically advised.

  ✅ 1. टेस्ट से पहले (Before the Test):

  • डॉक्टर या तकनीशियन को जरूर बताएं अगर:

    • आपके शरीर में पेसमेकर, डिफिब्रिलेटर या कोई और इलेक्ट्रॉनिक डिवाइस लगा हो।

    • आप ब्लड थिनर (जैसे Aspirin, Warfarin आदि) ले रहे हों या कोई ब्लीडिंग डिसऑर्डर हो।

    • आपको इंफेक्शन, डायबिटीज या नसों और मांसपेशियों से जुड़ी कोई बीमारी हो।

  • टेस्ट वाले दिन अपने हाथों या पैरों पर क्रीम, तेल या लोशन न लगाएं।

    इससे सुई या इलेक्ट्रोड लगाने में दिक्कत हो सकती है।

  • ढीले और आरामदायक कपड़े पहनें ताकि जांच वाले अंग को आसानी से एक्सेस किया जा सके।

  • सामान्य रूप से भोजन करें, जब तक डॉक्टर ने उपवास (fasting) के लिए न कहा हो।
