Oxycare Labs LLP offers a digital healthcare facilitation platform that allows users to:

• Book pathology and diagnostic tests from certified labs

• Schedule home sample collection via mobile phlebotomists

• Access radiological services such as X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans

• Schedule consultations with licensed healthcare professionals

Depending on your location, services may be offered either directly by us (“Assured Services”) or through affiliated third-party providers (“Partner Services”).

2. Nature of Medical Information and Disclaimer

We do not offer any kind of medical opinion, diagnosis, or treatment. Our Platform merely acts as a bridge between Users and healthcare providers. All medical opinions, test results, and consultations are delivered by third-party professionals or partner labs. Users are advised to consult with qualified healthcare professionals before acting on any health information provided through our Platform.

In the event of a medical emergency, please contact your nearest emergency service or hospital.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. If you are under the legal age, you must use the Platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using our Platform, you confirm that you are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Account Creation and Responsibility

To use certain services, you must create an account with accurate details, including your full name, phone number, email address, and address. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and are solely responsible for all activities under your account. If you detect any unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately.

5. Booking and Sample Collection

Once a booking is completed:

• You will receive a confirmation via SMS and/or email

• In case of Assured Services, a licensed phlebotomist will visit you at your selected time and location

• You must present a valid government-issued ID at the time of sample collection

• In Partner Services, timing and personnel are managed by third-party providers

• You may track the assigned professional (where applicable)

Test reports will be made available in digital form via email, SMS, or your user account. Recollection may occur in cases of sample rejection or machine error, with or without additional cost, depending on the nature of the issue.

6. Report Handling and Data Usage

Test reports and consultation summaries are generated and signed by licensed healthcare professionals from respective service providers. These are shared digitally and stored in your account for access. By using our Platform, you authorize us to store, analyze, and use anonymized data from your reports for analytical and promotional purposes.

7. Payments and Refunds

You agree to pay applicable charges for the services booked. We accept payment through multiple methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, cash, or POS terminals. Any refunds, if applicable, will be processed per our refund policy and credited back to the original payment method or in-platform wallet.

Unused promotional credits or cashback amounts may expire after a defined validity period.

8. Service Areas and Partner Responsibility

Our services are available in select locations. For Assured Services, we control the service delivery. For Partner Services, the third-party providers are responsible for execution. We do not take liability for service quality or timing by third-party providers.

You acknowledge that while we try to ensure partner credibility, we are not liable for medical negligence, treatment quality, cancellations, or misconduct by third-party providers.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes

• Violate any applicable law or third-party rights

• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit our system

• Misrepresent your identity or book services on behalf of others without consent

Any violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.

10. Changes to Terms and Services

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the venue in Ghaziabad. Courts in Ghaziabad shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
